Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Establishment

We will execute our Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Establishment program in the
following steps.

Step 1: A detailed presentation will be given in front of decision-making authorities and experts of your institutes in virtual mode/physical mode.

Step 2: After consent of the institute authorities, a physical visit of your institute will be done by our company. The purpose of this visit is to carry out SWOT analysis and to come up with workable customized workplan exclusively as per the requirements of your institute. A memorandum of understanding will be signed during this visit.


Step 3: The workplan will be executed. The workplan will include detailed work, timeline, and costing.

  • Framing innovation and startup policy

    Framing innovation and startup policy for the institute/university in alignment with National Innovation and startup policy (NISP)

  • Awareness and capacity development

    Awareness and capacity development programs in the field of business, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and emerging technologies

  • Estabilishment of IIC

    Planning and establishment of IIC activities and NIRF (Innovation) ranking.

  • Supporting Patent Filing

    Supporting patent filing from patent potentiality assessment to grantand commercialization of IPR.

  • Investment Assistance

    Connecting startups and innovators to government and private funding agencies

How we do it ?

  • Internal support system development

    FunEdu start up labs, jointly with university/institute, develops functional and effective support systems likestudents’ clubs in technical domain, skill development cell for developing students’ and faculty capabilities and Entrepreneurship Cell.

  • Innovation Management.

    Opportunity identification, awareness of tools, sensitization, training, and guidance for innovations will be provided by FunEdu start up labs as a part of innovation management. FunEdu start up labs will assist the institute/university, starting from identification of projects with IP potential to filing and commercializing the granted IPs.

  • Startup Creation and Development through business Incubator

    Having developed the pipeline of the startup ideas, FunEdu start up labs will assist in Startup Creation and Development work through systematic approach of establishing Business Incubator (BI) which is an organization that systematizes the process of assisting the growth of startups by providing them with a comprehensive and integrated range of services.
